Like car accidents, most hardware problems are due to driver error.

I just really like the color green. In this project, I changed existing interface elements all across the entire Mac OS X's interface from blue to green. I ended up making full installable skins for all the applications I used on a daily basis, as well as a new interface for my iPod. In working on this project, I learned how to write applescripts, how to use automator, how to make firefox plugins, how to make songbird plugins, how to use some of Apple's developer applications, how to make folder icons and the different icon formats, how to properly ask for help in graphic artist's forums, and generally learnd a lot about the inner workings of Mac OS X. To speed up the process of altering interface elements, I learned how to make photoshop workflows, basic automator workflows learned the basics of applescripting. Working on this project gave me a lot of skills which have since proven to be very useful in life.

I discontinued work on this project in summer of 2009

Chlorophyll for Leopard Installer v1.3.16.1

Towards the end of my time working on this project, I clumped most of the different chlorophyll elements into one big installer. This is that. It's pretty big.

Chlorophyll feather for Songbird

Songbird is an open source music player. Basically, Songbird is to iTunes what Firefox was to Internet Explorer 4 years ago. This is a green feather for it (Songbird refers to skins as feathers).

Miint theme for Firefox

Miint is a Ubuntu-based Linux distribution, whose interface is green instead of brown. Miint for Firefox's author is TwisterMC.
I discovered this theme during the time I was working on a Chlorophyll for Firefox skin. I subsequently abandoned my skin in favor of Miint. If I had finished, my theme would have been very similar to this and probably not as cool anyways. So I just adopted this work as part of Chlorophyll.
